What we collect

- Service details you share so someone can respond, like your address and what the system is doing.

How we use it
- To answer your calls, texts, and form fills.
- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and estimates.
- To run and improve the service for the company you contacted.
We share information only with the heating and air company you contacted and with the vendors needed to deliver messages and scheduling. We never sell it.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements. After that it gets deleted or anonymized.
