How many bids did you quote last year that just went quiet?

You climbed the roof. You wrote the number. Then nothing. That quoted work is still sitting in your system — and I only get paid on what I bring back.

What Gets Installed
01

I find the money first.

Send me your bids from the last year — export, spreadsheet, or photos of the pile on your desk. I hand you back one page: what you quoted and never collected, and the 20 jobs most likely to still come back.

Free. One page. 24 hours.
02

I chase the ones still alive.

Ranked by what your notes actually say, job size, how cold it's gone, and whether we can still reach them. The corpses get thrown out. The living get worked — human-reviewed, not a blast.

Recovers work you already paid to earn.
03

Every dollar tagged to the bid it came from.

You see which dead bid came back, what it closed for, and exactly what you owe me. Real time. The dashboard is yours forever.

Proves every dollar. No trust required.

Included free: the capture system that stops new bids from going cold.

I recover these on performance. A bid only counts if it was 14+ days cold when I engaged it. Every recovered dollar is tagged to the bid it came from, in a dashboard you keep forever. If I don't bring back at least one roof in 60 days, you get every dollar back and keep the system.

Ranked by your own notes"Call me back in a few weeks" is a live bid.

Your bids came in as a mess. 349 rows. Here's what I did with them.

  • 85Already won or lost. Gone.
  • 73Confirmed dead in your own notes — "went with another company," "selling the house." Thrown out.
  • 4No phone. No email. Can't chase a ghost.
  • 178Bids worth $2.87 million that are genuinely still alive.

A guy selling you a text blast would have messaged all 349. I threw out 162 before I made a single call.

Every recovered dollar, tagged to the bid it came from.

This is happening at your business right now. You just can't see it.

How It Works
Day 1–14

Recovery engine and dashboard go live. Your graveyard gets ranked. The first re-engagements fire. No meetings required.

Day 15–30

The free capture system goes live. New bids stop going cold in the first place.

Day 60

We review actual recoveries together. If I haven't brought back at least one dead bid, you get every dollar back and keep the system.

If I don't recover at least one roof — $15,000 in quoted work that was already dead — within 60 days, I refund every dollar and you keep the dashboard, the code, everything.

And my cut is capped in year one. Past the cap, every roof I bring back is yours free and clear.

Next Step

Fifteen minutes. I'll ask what's sitting in your system and tell you straight whether there's enough there to be worth doing. If there isn't, I'll say so and we part friends.

One operator, no account team. You text me. I answer.
