Scope of work

What we build and run for you is defined in your individual service agreement. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement controls.

Fees

Setup fees are due in full before implementation begins. The monthly fee begins on day 30.

Canceling

Either side can end the engagement with 30 days written notice.

Text messaging

SMS delivery and carrier registration timing are controlled by mobile carriers, not by SOVRN Growth, and are not guaranteed.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific sales or business outcome.

Limit of liability

SOVRN Growth's total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
